Our Responsibility

No matter the size of your business, credit has grown to play a key role in society. It enables people and organizations with capacity for development over time to gain access to larger sums more quickly than by simply earning those funds. In many cases, this enables individuals, companies and authorities to make investments that would not otherwise have been possible and thus to achieve greater development and thus greater capacity to generate earnings.

Description

Strategic rationale

AxFina is uniquely positioned to cover the full range of servicing activities for performing and non-performing loan and leasing portfolios, including:

  • Development and Execution of tailored work-out strategies for single assets and portfolios
  • Stringent monitoring and real-time reporting
  • Work-out strategies and management
  • Cash management
  • Coordination of external collection agencies
  • Asset disposal and management
  • (NPL) Servicing is a non-core activity for financial institutions, while it is core for AxFina
  • AxFina delivers higher returns and helps save costs in expensive work-out departments
  • Extensive expertise in SME and corporate/SME secured work-out

Description

Strategic rationale

Support in acquisitions of loan / leasing and Real Estate portfolios to identify potential risk factors that affect loan collection and competitive pricing:

  • Portfolio analysis and valuation
  • Due Diligence (financial, legal)
  • Underwriting of loans and business planning
  • Deal structuring / arranging (including Securitization) and execution
  • Support in portfolio sales processes
  • Refinancing support for borrowers
  • Complementary advisory services across the deal cycle
  • Mitigate risks for loan collection
  • Economies of scale on financial and legal advisor fees
  • Ongoing client support as a “one stop shop”

Description

Strategic rationale

In-house RE services as a strong complimentary arm to provide in-house expertise for acquisitions and maximize recoveries from repossessed assets, including:

  • RE work-out and disposals (with strong links to local brokers)
  • RE development and commercialization
  • RE asset management (with network of local facility managers)
  • RE advisory and appraisals
  • Leverage knowledge on steady-flow incoming RE asset
  • Maximize proceeds from work-out
  • Improve pricing and due diligence
  • Value creation versus asset liquidation

Description

Strategic rationale

Trusted partner for banks to outsource cost-intensive services, powered by strong data analytics:

  • KYC/AML processes, credit / country risk analysis, etc.
  • Loan origination and underwriting support for banks
  • Direct lending hub
  • Banks are looking to decrease costs and refocus on core activities
  • Leverage large base of debtors for ancillary products

Description

Strategic rationale

Leveraging data gathered from servicing the large borrower base to increase efficiency in work-out, but also to create additional value for other products, including:

  • Portfolio monitoring and analytics
  • State-of-the-art reporting for internal and external purposes (third-party interface)
  • Data quality management
  • Market information and transaction insights
  • Positive impact on recovery curves
  • Continuous monitoring of data quality
  • Leverage of dataset for other related activities (e.g., pricing, rating, curves, etc.)
