NEW MEMBERS OF AXFINA MANAGEMENT TEAM

AxFina is proud to announce its new management team:

Johannes Wolfslehner- Chief Executive Officer,
Oleksandr Kukhtyk- Chief Technology Officer,
Vasanth Raj- Chief Operating Officer,
and Krzysztof Różycki- Chief Servicing Officer.


Johannes Wolfslehner joined AxFina in 2019 as the CTO/CFO and was chosen in July 2023 to as the company’s new CEO. Johannes is a senior management professional with over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. With Johannes, AxFina will pursue its mission to become the leading technology-powered asset and loan servicer in Central and Eastern Europe.


Oleksandr Kukhtyk, as the new CTO, will be the Digital technology visionary and strategist. Together with our team, he will work on all aspects of the IT setup, its further innovation, and launching new, state of the market art digital products. With over 20 years of Banking experience in the CEE region, Oleksandr brings a whole lot of risk management and IT/Digital technology expertise.

 

Vasanth Raj, our new COO, will be responsible for the company’s operations across the region and cooperations with investors. His focus will be to build Axfina into a best-in-class debt servicer and portfolio advisory business. With 20+ years of global experience in senior positions, Vasu´s remarkable skills will boost AxFina´s success.

 

Krzysztof Różycki joined AxFina in 2021 as the Country Manager for Poland. As the new CSO and the CEO of AxFina Polska S.A., Krzysztof will be responsible for 3rd party servicing and the Polish market. With his extensive experience of 20 years in the collection industry, Krzysztof is a key member to achieve AxFina´s mission.

 

The addition and promotion of these accomplished professionals to our management team proves our dedication to maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement. We are confident that their leadership will play a crucial role in bringing the company to the next level.
